RUGBY MATCH - West Tigers / Parramatta

On Monday we went to the Olimpia Stadium to see a rugby match.
However, the story begins before, because we needed to go to the match by train. And I didn’t know that my train ticket wasn’t enough, because it was out of the limit. So, when appeared the “police men” who check the ticket, Brias told me that we needed to change the wagon, because if you travel without the correct ticket the fin applies is $200. Fortunately, we didn’t have problems...

El lunes fuimos al Estadio Olimpia a ver un partido de rugby.
Sin embargo, la historia empezó antes, porque necesitábamos ir al partido en tren. Y yo no sabía que mi ticket de tren no era suficiente, porque estaba fuera del límite. Así es que cuando aparecieron los “policías” que revisan los ticket, Brias me dijo que necesitábamos cambiarnos de vagón, porque si es que uno viaja con el ticket incorrecto la multa es de $200. Por suerte, no tuvimos problemas…

The Stadium is spectacular! It is really huge… all the seats have number, you put the ticket in a machine (similar to the Santiago’s subway) and can enter. The “ass sandwiches” are very elaborate and even you can buy beer inside the stadium (?).

El estadio es espectacular! Es realmente enorme… todos los asientos son numerados, uno pone la entrada en una máquina (parecida a la del metro de Santiago) y puede entrar. (yo que creía que San Carlos era moderno...). Los “sándwich de potito” son súper elaborados e incluso puedes comprar cerveza dentro del estadio (?)

We was like 15 people from our and the next residence. I have never seen a rugby match, but I think that nobody know the rules.

Éramos como 15 personas de mi residencia y otra que queda al lado. Yo nunca había visto un partido de rugby, pero creo que nadie conocía las reglas.

It was excellent to release stress…
At first, I wanted that West Tigers win, but quickly I understood that Parramatta was better. I liked to win, so I “changed my t-shirt” and began to shout for Parramatta. Finally, “we won” like 32 v/s 8.

Estuvo excelente para liberar stress.
Al principio, yo quería que ganaran los West Tigres, pero rápidamente caché que Parramatta era mejor. Yo quería ganar, así es que “me di vuelta la camiseta” y empecé a gritar por Parramatta. Finalmente, “ganamos” como 32 v/s 8.
